Arcellas Byrd serves as the Founder and CEO of NSC, a high-touch security detail service, as well as A.B. Consulting and Training Service, a security consulting company and wrap-around security detail service. He has spent over 12 years launching and leading global security details across diverse organizations, high net-worth individuals, and special events. Byrd has expertise in security operations and asset protection. He focuses heavily on providing top notch security while ensuring all clients and civilians alike are treated with the utmost empathy and understanding.
Arcellas Byrd has excelled as a subject matter expert for global security and logistics needs and has earned several leadership roles within the security domain. In 2015, Byrd built and expanded an executive security and loss prevention organization - A.B Consulting & Training Services, serving over 100 high-profile clients and organizations. In 2017, he additionally established NSC, directing over 45 employees and executing 70+ projects globally. He also served in other leadership capacities, including Director of Security and Investigation at Proactive Risk Management Inc and Director of Operations/Director of Hotel Security at Risk Management Protective Service.
Having undergone multiple training and earned several certificates, he is known for his ability to oversee project execution from start to completion with a focus on logistics, people management, contract negotiation, and resource management. Blending leadership training with surveillance, Byrd trains each of his over 100 employee workforce to lead and manage security details with professionalism and white glove service. Byrd is a reliable leader, consultant, and strategist who leverages in-depth knowledge and practical disposition of protection services to build people-focused security teams.
